AyrisLegal is a specialized legal practice management, hearing calendar, and AI-powered legal analysis platform tailored for attorneys and law firms, strictly complying with attorney-client privilege, KVKK, and Apple App Store privacy standards.
Device Permissions & Hardware Access
AyrisLegal requests explicit permissions from your operating system (iOS / Android) solely to perform core functionality:
Accessed strictly when you explicitly select and upload a case file or exhibit. No background camera or photo access.
Used to deliver critical alerts regarding hearing dates, statutory deadlines, service notices, and reminders.
1. Data Collected & Processing Purposes
AyrisLegal processes only the minimal necessary data to deliver secure and reliable legal management services:
- •Account & Identity Information: Email address, full name (profile), User ID. Processed for authentication, session management, and account integrity.
- •Legal Case & Docket Records: Docket numbers, court names, parties/counsel details, hearing dates, statutory deadlines, uploaded exhibits and case documents. Processed for schedule management and desktop synchronization.
- •AI Legal Analysis Data: User-requested legal briefs, AI summaries, contradiction analyses, and draft pleadings. User documents are NEVER used to train general AI models or shared with public training corpora.
- •Technical & Device Diagnostics: OS version, app release version, and anonymized crash telemetry.
2. Data NOT Collected or Processed
AyrisLegal operates on strict data minimization principles:
- •Location Telemetry: GPS or precise device geolocation is never collected.
- •Contacts / Address Book: Never requested or accessed.
- •Background Media Scanning: No background camera or photo library access unless explicitly triggered by user file selection.
- •Tracking & Advertising: Advertising identifiers (IDFA), third-party tracking pixels, and ad brokers are STRICTLY prohibited.
3. Data Security & Cryptographic Storage
All transit communication is secured with TLS/HTTPS (256-bit SSL). User data and authentication streams are partitioned using Row Level Security (RLS) in sovereign cloud architectures. Cross-tenant access is cryptographically blocked. We uphold statutory attorney-client privilege and confidentiality at the highest standard.
4. Third-Party Sharing Policy
Personal and case data is never sold, leased, or monetized. Data is processed solely with audited cloud and database infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the application. Statutory disclosures under lawful court orders remain reserved.
5. Data Retention & Permanent Account Erasure
Data is retained during active membership and statutory limitation periods. Users can permanently erase their account and all affiliated legal records at any time via in-app settings or by emailing destek@ayrislegal.com / info@ayrislegal.com.
6. Statutory User Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Chapter 3, you maintain full statutory rights to access, rectify, export, anonymize, and permanently erase your personal data.

Permanently Erase Your AyrisLegal Data
You can delete your account within the app or trigger a formal GDPR/KVKK erasure request by emailing our automated privacy handler. All records are purged within 72 hours.
