Ledgify
Ledgify is a finance tracking app that helps freelancers, consultants, and boutique agencies manage client billing, expenses, and wallet balances from one screen. Your data is protected under KVKK and GDPR compliance standards.
1. Data Controller & Service Scope
Pursuant to the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK') and the EU General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR'), the Data Controller for personal data processed through the Ledgify mobile app is Ayris Dev / Ayris Tech (info@ayris.tech).
2. Information We Collect
When you use Ledgify, the following categories of data may be processed to deliver our service:
- •Account Information: Your email address and sign-in provider info (name and email supplied by Apple / Google if you use social login).
- •Business & Financial Data: Company/client records, expense entries, wallet balances, and payment/collection history you manually enter into the app.
- •Subscription Information: Subscription status and purchase history (handled by the App Store/Play Store — your card details never reach Ayris Tech).
- •Technical & Diagnostic Data: Crash/performance logs, device type, app version.
3. Data NOT Collected
Ledgify does not connect directly to any bank account or card — all wallet and balance data comes entirely from what you manually enter into the app. We do not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or photo library.
4. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed solely for the following explicit purposes:
- •Creating, verifying, and syncing your account across devices.
- •Securely storing and displaying the financial data you enter.
- •Verifying your Ledgify Pro subscription status.
- •Diagnosing issues and improving the app.
- •Sending important account or service notices.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
Ledgify never sells your data to third parties or uses it for ad targeting. Data is shared only through encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) with the following trusted infrastructure providers, strictly to deliver core functionality:
- •Supabase: Account authentication and database hosting.
- •RevenueCat: Subscription status management.
- •Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment processing and Sign in with Apple/Google.
6. Data Security
Your data is stored in a database protected by row-level security policies — meaning only your account can access your own data, and no other user can ever see it. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
7. Subscription & Payment
Ledgify Pro is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription that starts with a 7-day free trial. Pricing varies by country/region and is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store/Play Store account settings.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at info@ayris.tech; requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Children's Privacy
Ledgify is designed for professional business and finance management and is not directed at users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Data Subject Rights (KVKK & GDPR)
Under KVKK and GDPR regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of your personal data at any time. For requests: info@ayris.tech
Permanently Erase Your Ledgify Data
You can delete your account within the app or trigger a formal GDPR/KVKK erasure request by emailing our automated privacy handler. All records are purged within 72 hours.
